ACCOMODATIONS

A traditional Catalina 2 cabin, dinette layout, with a single head. Entering through the wide and comfortable companionway, you immediately notice the open and airy welcome the Catalina 36 offers. There is a large “U” shaped galley to port, and to starboard is the nav desk with the desirable forward-facing seat, and an aft stateroom.  Midship is a large convertible seating area to starboard, and a dinette that can seat six (converts to a double berth) to port.  The midship main salon is perfect for friends and family, and games.  The salon table can be folded to accommodate meals, games or happy hour for guests.    The salon is spacious and very ventilated with opening hatches and windows.  Storage is one thing the Catalina 36 is known for – with ample cabinets, drawers, closets, and lockers behind and below cushions.

Moving forward through the vessel, to starboard there are cabinets with drawers and a large storage area. To port is the large head, the owner has an electric head unit available with the boat (for future installation). Forward is a large stateroom and V-berth, with drawers and hanging locker.
