Walkthrough

Stepping onboard at the transom between the dual helm stations gives you the first look at this well maintained Hunter 49. The cockpit area has custom cushions that will comfortably seat 6 or more. The skipper is able to see the new AXIOM-12 Multifunction chart plotter and radar display from either wheel without the worry of guests blocking the large display. Winches for the jib are next to each helm station that allows for easy access to single hand. All lines lead aft and Hunter has built in thoughtful space to stow lines without cluttering the cockpit or companionway.

The companionway has doors for easy access. A must-have feature when you live aboard! As you enter from the companionway the amount of space and light are the first things you notice. The overall feel is clean and open. The beautiful woodwork and cabin sole show very well. The starboard-side galley offers expansive Corian countertops, a large double sink with custom Corian covers, 2 refrigerators, 2 deep freezers, 3-burner stove with oven and overhead hood with fan. The u-shaped dinette has an ottoman and a couch directly opposite.

On the port side is the Nav Station with new AXIOM-9 Multifunction chart plotter, VHF radio, tank monitors, electrical switches and a beautiful black leather helm chair. Behind the nav station is the guest head with a Vacuflush toilet, Corian counter tops and a shower stall. The guest stateroom on the port side has a queen size bed and hanging lockers. The guest stateroom on the starboard side has the optional desk with swing out stool perfect for a dockside office. Hidden in a cabinet is the washer/dryer combo unit that has never been used.

The spacious master stateroom has a queen size bed with access on both sides, and under bed storage. There is abundant light from two large deck hatches that come with covers and screens. The master head has a Vacuflush toilet and Corian countertop. Across from the head is a separate shower compartment with a teak bench. The wood siding and teak and holly sole give the master stateroom a rich, warm feel.
