ACCOMMODATIONS
In the main salon, on the starboard side are two seats with an insert in-between to make into a bed. Immediately across on the port side is a U-Shaped settee and dining table. The dining table can be lowered and converted to a bed that will comfortably sleep two people.
Located aft of the settee is the galley with a two-burner gas stove and oven, stainless steel double sink, and top loading refrigerator.
A nice sized navigation table and instruments are across from the galley on the port side with 110/12V circuit breaker panel, VHF radio and AM/FM radio.
Just aft of the navigation station on the starboard side is the aft cabin with two single beds and two ports that open to the cockpit for fresh air and circulation.
Forward, there is a custom sized mattress in the v-berth with a hanging locker on the starboard side with plenty of drawers for storage.
To the port aft of the master stateroom is an enclosed manual Jabso head with shower that you can enter from either the master stateroom or salon. Both the master stateroom and head have opening hatches for fresh air and circulation.
HULL AND DECK
White hull with maroon racing strip, white deck and safety lines enclose the entire deck. The forward deck is equipped with a 33lb Bruce anchor, an anchor locker that houses chain, rode and an electric SoPac Windlass and stainless-steel pulpit. Cockpit has wrap around benches with a wooden table that folds down at the helm. There is a swim step off of transom.
SAILS AND RIGGING
The headsail is equipped with Schafer 100 Furling Gear and the main sail has been protected with a like new canvas cover. All lines run aft to cockpit with clutch stoppers, (2) Maxwell 26 2-speed winches and (2) Anderson 28 ST Two speed winches.
The stainless standing rigging was inspected three years ago.
ELECTRONICS
The boat is equipped with a Uniden VHF and JVC radio/cd payer at the navigation station.
At the helm station is a Raymarine Autopilot, Raytheon Pathfinder Radar, Raytheon Chart Plotter and compass. At the top of the mast are the windspeed and wind direction indicators.
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
The boat is equipped with 12V and 110V circuit breakers. Below the cabin sole are 12V Batteries (2), electric and manual bilges. The switch for the bilge is at the navigation station.
ENGINE & MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
Engine is a Universal M35B, 35 HP diesel inboard engine with 1,271 hours. Access to the engine is by removing the steps at the companion way.
